The Vacancy
We are seeking a creative, dynamic and motivated individual to join our One Family Hub team. Working as part of a highly skilled and supportive team the post holders will play a significant role in the delivery of targeted family help and support to children and families across North Lincolnshire.
The successful candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable children, young people and their families and will manage the day to day supervision, and provide professional support and guidance, to a team of One Family Hub Workers, including, quality assurance, reflective casework supervision, coaching, mentoring and employee development.
Working to the principles of the North Lincolnshire ‘One Family Approach’ the core purpose of the work is to help children remain with their families, in their communities and in their schools. With a focus on working with the whole family, enabling and empowering people to make positive changes in their lives in order to increase their resilience and achieve successful outcomes.
