Salary: Grade 3 £11,061 to £11,432 per year
Location: Scunthorpe Central Community Hub, Scunthorpe
Hours: 18 Hours per week

This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

          

We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Customer Service Assistant based at Scunthorpe Central Community Hub. It is an 18 hour post. You will join a busy, fast paced, front of house customer service team to provide a flexible approach to ensure both reception areas, phones, email and other forms of customer contact solutions are staffed in line with business needs.

 

This role would be ideal for you if you are a customer focused individual with a strong interest and/or experience in supporting customers with their diverse queries. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will have daily contact with visitors to the site and play a key role in handling a range of customer enquiries ranging from libraries, Wellbeing and Active Lifestyle. The purpose is to provide a friendly and efficient operation of the front of house service to customers, staff, site visitors including contractors and the general public.

 

As first point of contact for the Community Hub you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with staff, customers, and service users alike. You will need a good working knowledge of computer systems and possess excellent organisational skills. You will be confident in completing both individual and team tasks and a non-judgmental attitude is important to the role.

 

The role will work to a two week rota pattern to include working every other Saturday
