Early Years/KS1 Phase Lead Teacher

Salary: M1 - UPS3 £30,000.00 - £46,525.00 per year
Location St Helena's C of E Primary School, Kirmington
Hours: 32 hours and 30 mins per week, full time teacher
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

The governors of our friendly school are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and energetic teacher to work as part of a committed, hardworking and happy team. It is our intention to ignite a real love of learning by providing a rich, varied and exciting curriculum that meets the needs of each and every individual

This post is fixed term for one year, in the first instance with a view to making the right person a permanent member of our staff. Employed by the St Barnabas and St Helena’s C of E Federation the position currently based in the Early Years/KS1 unit at St Helena’s in Kirmington.

We are looking to appoint someone who:
•    is an outstanding practitioner with a creative approach and determination to raise standards;
•    has high expectations for pupil achievement and conduct and able to lead by example;
•    has the determination and drive to make sure all pupils are actively involved in their learning and are guided and supported well, to ensure they become the best they can be;
•    has good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate those around you;
•    is committed to building positive relationships with the Church, local community and parents.
