About this Role
Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our expanding team. This is a important role for the school and the successful candidate will work in our busy school office being both child and parent/carer facing. The successful candidate will have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience of working in a school office.


Applicants must have previous experience of working in a school office – although experience of it being a primary school office is not essential.


As a Clerical Assistant you will:
•    Provide routine clerical, typing and photocopying support for staff.
•    Collect and coordinate monies for visits, fundraising etc.
•    Process orders and deliveries and assist with stock control and maintenance of inventories.
•    Maintain pupil, class and staff records.
