The Governors of Burton upon Stather Primary School are looking to recruit an approachable, collaborative, inspirational leader with a clear and distinct vision for the future of our highly respected village school. 


We are seeking to appoint a proven excellent leader who will further develop our school’s curriculum to take full advantage of the wonderful environment and facilities the school offers and who can develop and support staff at all levels to deliver high-quality education to prepare all children for their next steps.
The successful candidate will not only be able to build on our current success but also bring new ideas and work closely with families to benefit our school community.

The successful applicant will further develop the school’s broad and balanced curriculum with a focus on developing the emotional intelligence, resilience and well-being of pupils and staff.  You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure consistent application of effective school systems and processes to maximise school attendance and ensure that our children are able to take full advantage of everything the school offers every day. You will use your experience and innovation to drive forward school improvement to ensure that no child is left behind.
