The Vacancy
A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Winterton Community Hub, and we’re looking for a duty manager to join our team. Duty managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of NL Active facilities, and they keep everything running smoothly. The duty manager role includes staff management including planning rotas and the recruitment and training of staff, and leading on health and safety procedures. Duty managers work alongside the development teams to deliver an offer that meets the needs of our customers, with the main objective being to make sure that all visitors have a positive experience and want to return.
What we’re looking for in a successful candidate:
Someone who is motivated, punctual, a good communicator, and has experience leading a team
Someone who is able to follow health and safety procedures
Someone who can work a shift pattern that involves working evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
