Apprentice Engineer Highways

Salary: Grade 2: £22,366 per year
Location: Scunthorpe
Hours: 37 hours per week

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

An exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Highway Engineer to work across various teams in the Highways Asset & Development and Operations areas of North Lincolnshire Council.

The successful applicant will be engaged on the survey, design and contract preparation of highway, traffic, drainage, and bridges projects and the inspection and maintenance of all highway assets.

This is a career graded post to develop knowledge and experience within the different fields of Highway related civil engineering. 4 GCSE's including Maths and English at level 4 or equivalent are a requirement for applicants.
