GR2 Clerical Assistant

Fixed-term Contract (to 31 July 2025)

Location: Kirton Lindsey Primary School, Kirton-in-Lindsey

Hours: Fixed 20 hours per week (Mon 8:30-3:00 and Tue-Fri 1:00-4:30), 190 day contract, term-time only.

DBS: Yes (Enhanced with Barred List Check)

About this Role

Kirton Lindsey Primary School is looking for a Clerical Assistant to join our expanding team. This is an important role for the school and the successful candidate will work in our busy school office being both child and parent/carer facing. The successful candidate will have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience of working in a school office.

Applicants must have previous experience of working in an office environment.

 

As a Clerical Assistant you will:

• Provide routine clerical, typing and photocopying support for staff.

• Collect and coordinate monies for visits, fundraising etc.

• Process orders and deliveries and assist with stock control and maintenance of inventories.

• Maintain pupil, class and staff records.
