Organisational Development and Learning Assistant

Salary: Grade 4 £10,050 to £10,706 per year
Location Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Hours: 15 hours per week

The Organisational Development and Learning Assistant plays an important role in supporting the team across a range of administrative duties and training provision. You will be key to the smooth running of the team and wider HR OD service, helping ensure we meet our workforce requirements. 

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills who is able to provide accurate and solution-focused responses in a timely manner. Someone who is organised with great attention to detail, excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of MS365 applications, good communication skills and practical experience of eLearning platforms. 

The work is varied and fast paced, being able to manage your own workload is vital.
