Organisational Development and Learning Advisor

Salary: Grade 8 £36,124 to £40,476 per year
Location Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Hours: 37 hours per week

We are seeking an experienced Organisational Learning and Development professional with up to date knowledge and skills in planning, developing and delivering successful organisational development and learning initiatives.

Working alongside the Organisational Development and Learning Lead and colleagues across the organisation, you will support  delivery of the council’s Organisational Development (OD) Plan, providing specialist advice, determining organisational requirements and delivering appropriate learning and development solutions.

Qualified or with equivalent knowledge skills and experience, your comprehensive understanding of OD and L&D practices will enable you to work collaboratively across our diverse organisation in relation to development programmes and workforce initiatives, ensuring projects remain on track and applying effective evaluative processes.
