The Vacancy
The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an experienced, passionate and effective practitioner to join our enthusiastic church school as full-time member of the team as soon as possible
We are looking for a teaching assistant who: -
• Has the ability to work with a team in a responsive and flexible manner, responding to the instruction and advice of the class teacher.
• Can use their initiative to solve problems.
• Is able to deliver 1:1 support to a child with additional needs and potentially lead small groups under the supervision and guidance of the class teacher.
• To build effective trusting relationships with staff, pupils, parents and external agencies.
• Is flexible, committed to our school and willing to take a full part in the life of our school community.
