Teaching Assistant L1

Salary: Grade 2 £16,624 per year
Location St. Hugh's School, Scunthorpe
Hours: 31 hours per week

This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking candidates for a position at St. Hugh’s School, where you will be working with students aged 11-16 years who have diverse learning, sensory, physical, communication, and educational needs.

 

Your primary duties will include supporting the development of students' educational and personal self-care skills, as well as assisting in the management of student behaviour. You will work closely under the guidance of teachers and senior staff members.

In accordance with the updated guidelines outlined in Keeping Children Safe in Education 2022, it is important to note that as part of our rigorous due diligence process for shortlisted candidates, an online search will be conducted. This essential step allows us to proactively identify any publicly available incidents or issues related to the candidates, which we may want to explore further during the interview stage.
