Administrative Assistant

Salary: Grade 3 £10,836 to £11,180 per year
Location New Holland CE/Methodist Primary School, Barrow
Hours: 20 hours per week, term time only
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

This is a Temporary, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, personable and organised individual to join our Administrative Team as the welcoming face of the school.  
You should be comfortable communicating at all levels and have knowledge of IT systems and data analysis.  Experience of Arbor would be an advantage but training will be given if necessary.


This role will be based within the main school office.  Duties will include general clerical administration, use of MS Office, updating the school database (Arbor), data and absence analysis and reporting (Arbor), supporting areas such as HR and Safeguarding administration, providing Reception cover, as well as additional administrative tasks commensurate with the post.  You will need to be a good communicator, smart in appearance, professional and discrete regarding confidential matters.


This position is for 20 hours per week (08:30-12:30) Monday to Friday (term time only)
