Head of Integrated Community First Transformation

Salary: JNC Band 5 - £62,955 to £69,065 per year inclusive of 6% in lieu of lease car allowance
Location: Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Hours: 37 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with a strong background of successful project management to join us as the Head of Integrated Community First Transformation.

As the Head of Community First Transformation, you will manage the Community First Transformation programme across the Council and Integrated Care Board (ICB), to enable and facilitate people of all ages, including children and young people, to participate in their own communities, putting families and communities at the heart of health and care.

Your experience in working collaboratively to organise people and resources towards the achievement of ambitions and outcomes, will enable you to define the vision of the integration plans priorities and take this forward to implementation of transformational programmes.
