Classroom Teacher Maternity Cover

Salary: M2 - M3 £33,483 to £35,674 per year
Location South Ferriby Primary School, Barton upon Humber
Hours: 32 hours 30 minutes per week
DBS: Yes Enhanced

This is a Temporary, Full Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Governors, staff and children would like to appoint an outstanding practitioner starting September 2025 to teach in our small and friendly primary school to cover a teacher's maternity leave for Years 3/4. 

We are looking for an outstanding practioner who is:

•    Motivated and enthusiastic with high expectations in all that they do.
•    Reflective, proactive and innovative.
•    Able to actively work as part of a team.
•    Able to inspire and motivate young learners.
•    Able to bring new ideas and experiences to our team.
•    Have a high standard of written and spoken English
•    Have good behaviour management skills and high expectations of behaviour
•    Have a sense of humour
•    Be prepared to “have a go” and learn new things
•    Have an optimistic outlook
•    Have good communication skills to work effectively
