Melior Community Academy are looking to appoint a Learning Manager to join our academy in September 2025 on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As a Learning Manager, you will support student learning through the use of data, strategic intervention and monitoring in order to maximise student attainment.
Salary: Grade G Points 20 to 24 (£31,586 to £34,315 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £27,532.19.
Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 Days (39 Weeks) / Permanent

Your new school
Melior Community Academy is a coeducational secondary school located in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. The Academy opened in January 2013 for students aged 11 to 16. We are a fully inclusive Academy with a distinctively warm ethos and continue to have the highest aspirations for, and expectations of, our students. The school has recently been rebuilt and facilities are excellent, located within easy commuting distance of the main urban areas this is a great place to work.
