Teaching Assistant Level 2

The Vacancy
Alkborough Primary School is at the heart of the local community.
To start in September 2025, we are seeking to appoint support a member of staff who will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to reaching the highest standards of achievement.
You will be:
- Working 16.25 hours a week to support the inclusion, learning and development of pupils either in groups or individual basis.
- Supervising children and leading play at playtimes and lunch times
- Working under the guidance of the teacher and SENDCo
- Given support and guidance in welfare and learning
- Flexible and open to change; the specific duties of the post may change as the school develops
- Required to complete general administration work
- Experienced in positive behaviour management techniques
- Experienced at working with children with special educational needs
- Able to manage all situations with positivity, calmness and unfailing love!
