Head of Children's Practice and Assurance (Principal Social Worker)

Salary: JNC Band 4 £70,570 to £75,707 per year inclusive of 6% in lieu of lease car allowance
Location Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Hours: 37 hours per week
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

Following the retirement of our current PSW, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Children’s Practice and Assurance (Principal Social Worker) to join our incredible team, workforce, and community. The successful candidate will continue to drive our culture of excellence and high standards as we take forward national reforms. Working to the Assistant Director Standards and Regulations, you will enable best outcomes to achieve our One Family Approach ambition for children to thrive in their families, achieve in schools, and flourish in their community.
