We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Outreach Practitioner to work with our Complex Behaviour Team (COBE).
The post sits within the Virtual School and Inclusion Service. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join this innovative team to provide a high quality service and support to children with complex needs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to empower parents and carers with the skills to support their children with a range of needs to promote the child's development and support family functioning.
