Teaching Assistant Level 3 (TA3) – Class Cover
Are you an experienced and confident practitioner looking for your next challenge? We are seeking to appoint a committed and adaptable Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
This role will primarily involve providing class cover across the school in the absence of the class teacher. You will be expected to lead whole-class learning, following planned lessons and maintaining a positive and purposeful learning environment. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and leaders to ensure continuity of learning and high standards of behaviour.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has recent experience of delivering learning to whole classes
• Is confident managing behaviour and promoting positive attitudes to learning
• Is flexible, reliable and able to work across different age groups
• Understands the importance of following planning and providing feedback to class teachers
