Salary: Grade 8 £34,839 to £39,036 per year
Location Goxhill Primary School, part of the Humber Estuary Federation
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only (5 days inset and a total of 3 weeks during the holidays)
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

The Humber Estuary Federation is seeking a highly organised, flexible and professional Business Manager to lead the Office/Administration team at our fantastic school from September 2025.


The successful candidate will have an outstanding skill set and a proven track record in financial management, human resources management, administration and premises management, ideally in a school setting.


We are looking for a Business Manager who:

  • is well-organised, calm and can meet deadlines;
  • can prioritise and work independently;
  • is able to cope with the busy and varied role of a School Business Manager in a primary school;
  • can establish and maintain good relationships and work well as part of team;
  • is willing to support general admin in our school office once a week;
  • has high standards of professional conduct and personal integrity.
