Join Our Team as a Mini Bus Driver – Make a Difference Every Day! 

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can positively impact the lives of young people in your community? We’re currently hiring Mini Bus Drivers in Scunthorpe and surrounding areas to transport pupils with special educational needs to and from schools and colleges.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Safely transport pupils in the mornings and afternoons. 
  • Build positive relationships with students and support their individual needs. 
  • Communicate with empathy and understanding. 
  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of different routes and schedules. 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • A caring and reliable individual with a passion for helping others. 
  • A valid D1 driving licence (required for the driving assessment). 
  • Previous minibus driving experience is a plus, but not essential. 
  • Willingness to work as part of a dedicated team.
