The Governing Body of St Barnabas and St Helena’s Federation is seeking to recruit an Executive Headteacher to work across the two schools in the Federation.

Saint Barnabas Church of England Primary School is situated in the village of Barnetby Le Wold on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds and we are federated with St. Helena’s Church of England Primary School, in the nearby village of Kirmington.

Our schools are small, friendly and caring and we take great pride in playing a central part in village life. As a Church of England Federation, we have close links with Saint Barnabas Church in Barnetby Le Wold and St Helena’s Church in Kirmington and hold regular school services in the church.

Our Federation vision is "Building on our shared and inclusive Christian values, we will work in unity to unlock the potential of all in our community to enable them to flourish. We will equip all to embrace opportunity and to seek positive transformation in the world." This is built upon our Christian Values of thankfulness, friendship, perseverance, hope, trust, peace, forgiveness and compassion, and is guided by Psalm 133.1.

The Executive Headteacher will be working with a dedicated team who is focused on ensuring our children achieve their full potential. With the governing body the Executive Headteacher will provide leadership and direction for the Federation and ensure it is managed and organised to meet our vision. We are committed to your continual professional development.

We encourage you to visit our schools and make an appointment for a tour where you will have the opportunity to speak with the chair of governors and meet staff and pupils. Please contact the chair of governors on chair@stbandsth.co.uk to make an appointment.
