Teaching Assistant L2 - (Specialist Resource Provision)

Salary: Grade 4 £18,750 to £19,974 per year
Location Winterton Junior School, Scunthorpe
Hours: 32 hours and 30 mins per week, term time only
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

This is a Permanent, Part Time vacancy that will close in {x} days at {xx:xx} BST.

Contract: Specialist Resource TA2 required for 1st January 2026

The Executive Headteacher, children, staff and governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled TA2 to provide excellent classroom support at our Specialist Resource Provision, based at the Junior School campus. The role will include assisting in pupil learning, personal self-care skills, and in managing pupil behaviour, under the direction of classroom teacher and/or other senior members of staff.

We are looking for someone who:
•    is committed and able to enhance our team ethos, working in partnership with the Executive Headteacher, Senior Leaders, Specialist Resource Teacher, Governors and staff to strategically drive our federation forward;
•    has a passion to develop the whole child and promote our caring, inclusive ethos and positive behaviour management;
•    is able to develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community;
•    have, or be working towards, relevant experience/qualifications linked to the requirements of the position.
