How would you like to work each day with happy, inquisitive and enthusiastic children in a friendly, innovative inclusive and caring Specialist Resource Provision? Are you an outstanding, inspirational teacher, with a proven track record of delivering high quality results?
The opportunity has arisen for the children, staff and governors at The Winterton Federation to appoint two inspirational, ambitious professionals to work in our new KS2 Specialist Resource Provision, based on the Junior School campus. These SRP Classroom Teachers will complement our existing committed, hardworking and enthusiastic federation team and work effectively in continuing the federation’s drive towards excellence, promoting high expectations and quality learning and teaching. The successful candidate will work within the new KS2 Specialist Resource Provision.

• are dynamic, inspirational and outstanding teachers;
• are committed and able to enhance our team ethos, working in partnership with the Executive Headteacher, Senior Leaders, Governors and staff to strategically drive our federation forward;
• have a passion to develop the whole child and promote our caring, inclusive ethos and positive behaviour management;
• are able to develop and maintain relationships with parents and the community.
