We’re looking for an enthusiastic, caring Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful team at Belton All Saints C of E Primary School.

Hours: 8:45am–3:15pm, Monday–Friday

In this role, you’ll be class based, with the role also requiring supporting learning on a 1:1 basis. We are a friendly and supportive team with a strong Christian ethos, putting children at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for someone who:

• has a flexible, ‘can do’ approach

• really wants to make a difference for our pupils

• is organised and reliable

• has good English and Maths skills

• uses positive behaviour strategies and supports our behaviour policy

• enjoys working as part of a team but can also take the lead with small groups or 1:1

• has high expectations of themselves and others

• is professional, positive and approachable
