The governors are looking to appoint a highly motivated and passionate KS 2 teacher to come and join our school and start as soon as possible. The school is experiencing positive change and we would love you to be a part of this.

At Saint Barnabas and Saint Helena's Federation we look to fulfil our Vision and want all of our children and staff to "Unlock their Potential" in line with our church school ethos. Whilst we promote positive values, experience of working in a church school previously is not essential.

Do you have experience of:

  • Teaching in a KS2 class?
  • Developing positive relationships with parents/carers and community?
  • Leading a subject within a school with passion and impact?
  • Curriculum development?
  • A thirst for knowledge and progression?

… Then our school could be your next chapter.

In return for your dedication and positive and caring attitude we can offer you:

  • A supportive environment in which further training may be offered
  • Children who have the desire to work hard and play hard
  • A supportive staff team who are embracing positive change under new leadership of the school.

Experience of mixed class teaching, leading a subject and strong behaviour management are desirable.

You are very welcome to visit the school to see us at work and play!

Please contact Mrs Storey on 01652 688248 or admin@stbandsth.co.uk to arrange a visit or request any further information.

Closing date : 12 noon on 3rd November 2025

Interview date: TBC
