Salary: L15-L21 £73,105 to £84,699 per year
Location The Bridge Federation, (Winteringham Primary School & South Ferriby Primary School)
Hours: 32 hours and 30 mins per week
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

The governors of the Bridge Federation are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Executive Headteacher with an exceptional work ethic to lead and continue to drive forward our federation of two rural primary schools, consisting of Winteringham Primary School (OFSTED Outstanding 2022) and South Ferriby Primary School (OFSTED Good 2025).

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Lead the school forward whilst maintaining the exceptionally high standards.
  • Continually review and improve all areas of the curriculum.
  • Be responsible for all areas of intervention, reviewing, assessing and reporting.
  • Lead and develop the staff at all levels across the federation.
  • Have proven organisational, managerial, financial, and interpersonal skills
  • Participate in teaching to such an extent that may be appropriate.
  • Work in partnership with the governing body, parents, local communities to develop continuous improvement within the federation.

The Bridge Federation is well established and our new Executive Headteacher will be supported by a committed and experienced team of staff and governors who work collaboratively across both schools.
