The Social Care Connect Team are looking to hire 3 permanent social workers (2 full time positions and 1 part time) working a shift pattern over 7 days a week. We work with individuals aged eighteen plus, this means that our work is varied and changeable and cover individuals with a variety of different needs.
The right candidates will be someone who has a social work degree and who are registered with Social Work England. They will be a strong team player who is highly resilient and solution focused with a proactive approach to work as part of a busy Social Work Team. These positions are open to experienced workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers and we offer an ASYE year.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and will to undertake Care Act Assessments, support/care planning and commission services with person centred outcomes. They will provide be able to provide social work supervision and have experience of social work management. They will be able to travel throughout North Lincolnshire independently as we cover all of the North Lincolnshire area. Knowledge of adult social care legislation and frameworks are essential.
You will need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and good negotiation skills, along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills. You will need to be flexible, resilient and dedicated to team work.
