The Vacancy
This is an exciting time to join our school as we embark on a new chapter under strong new leadership.
We are honest about the challenges we face, but we're equally committed to addressing them with energy, vision, and a relentless focus on giving every child the best possible start in life.
Our new leadership team plan to drive meaningful change across the school, and we're looking for passionate, skilled early years educators who want to be part of that transformation and make a real difference both in the classroom, where it matters most but also as a valued member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team, shaping the future direction of the school.
We're seeking an exceptional Foundation Stage Leader with proven impact, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our youngest learners. This is a genuine opportunity to lead from the front, establishing the highest quality provision and education for children in their crucial early years. You'll have the support to implement best practice and create an environment where children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
If you're an experienced early years practitioner who relishes a challenge, wants to leave a lasting legacy, and believes that every child deserves excellence regardless of circumstances, we'd love to hear from you.
Visits to the school are welcome with an opportunity to meet the Children, Headteacher and Staff and see us at work and play. Please call 01652 688248 or email admin@stbandsth.co.uk to arrange.
