The Vacancy
North Lincolnshire is a place built on strong communities, proud local identity, and a belief that children should grow up safe, supported and connected. Our Family Help team is looking for a passionate Senior Intervention Worker to join us.
What you’ll do
Walk alongside children and families, offering honest, strengths-based support
Lead on Early Help plans and coordinate multi-agency partners
Bring people together at Family Solutions Meetings to create real change
Deliver practical, solution-focused interventions that make life better
Coach and guide Intervention Workers and shape good practice across your locality
What you’ll bring
A commitment to children, families, and our local communities
Confidence working with families in challenging situations
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Knowledge of child development, family intervention and safeguarding
A Level 4 qualification (or equivalent experience)
