A relevant Early Years qualification (CACHE Level 3 minimum) is essential.

We are looking for a thoughtful, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our EYFS team at Belton All Saints Primary School, someone who believes in the power of relationships, play and high expectations to help children flourish.
This role is about far more than supervision. It is about noticing small steps, celebrating progress, supporting communication, encouraging independence and helping each child feel known and valued. You will work with children with a wide range of starting points within our inclusive mainstream environment, supported by an EYFS team who share ideas, reflect together and care deeply about children’s development.
