Children and Families Practice Development Lead

Salary: Grade 11 £51,356 to £54,495 per year plus a 6% supplement in lieu of a lease car
Location Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Hours: 37 hours per week
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

We are recruiting a Children and Families Practice Development Lead to join our incredible team, workforce, and community. The successful candidate will help us drive our culture of excellence and high standards as we take forward national reforms. Working to the Head of Practice Assurance (Principal Social Worker), you will enable best outcomes to achieve our One Family Approach ambition for children to thrive in their families, achieve in schools, and flourish in their community.
