Early Years Educator (Part time)

Salary: Grade 4 - £10,673 to £11,370 per year
Location Daisy Chains and Poppy Fields, Scunthorpe
Hours: 18 hours 30 minutes per week term time only
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

About the role:

Daisy Chains and Poppy Fields Nurseries are currently recruiting for passionate, highly motivated, qualified, and knowledgeable Early Years Educators.

As an Early Years Educator, you will work closely with a large team within two exciting, fast paced, and vibrant local authority nurseries.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting children during their sessions in both their learning and development and their care needs.
  • Communicating with parents and other professionals.
  • Keeping accurate written records of children’s learning and development.
  • Planning and reviewing and working within the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance.
  • excellent opportunities to work with children with EAL and SEND and develop your skills and knowledge in these areas.

Applicants should have:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
  • Experience of working in childcare setting
  • Experience of working with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework · Experience of being a key person in a setting
  • Experience of completing observations, planning and next steps
