We are currently seeking a dedicated, energised, and innovative individual to join our dynamic team as the Senior Highway Project Manager.

The role will:
•    Provide quality assured project management, surveying, design, contract preparation and site supervision services delivering a range of highway, bridges, structural, drainage and other civil engineering works

Liaise with: 
o    Internal procurement teams
o    External framework providers

The successful candidate will require broad experience in:
•    Highways engineering and programme management
•    Stakeholder engagement
•    Industry-leading best practice

This experience will support the delivery of the best outcomes for the people and place of North Lincolnshire.

The Senior Highway Project Officer will be crucial in:
•    Enhancing the highway network of North Lincolnshire
•    Supporting procurement of highway projects

North Lincolnshire Council has a substantial capital programme focused on:
•    Highways
•    Integrated transport
•    Active travel for pedestrians and cyclists

This role will be pivotal in:
•    Delivering the vision for highways management and safety
•    Ensuring effective use of government-allocated capital funds
•    Delivering expected outcomes and associated benefits

This will support the Council’s transformation and help deliver the aspirations outlined in our Council Plan.
