The Vacancy
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our Adoption Team. Are you committed to supporting adoptive, special guardianship and kinship children, young people and families throughout their journey? Can you be creative and innovative in the provision of support?
It is a 37 hour post with a possibility of a 30 hour contract depending on service need Grade 7/8/9
We are a partner agency within Family Adoption Links. Our Social Workers undertake all aspects of adoption social work, resulting in a staff team who provide consistency for families and enjoy a varied workload. You do not need to have previously worked in adoption, as you will be supported to build skills and experience. Your commitment to achieving and supporting permanence for children is essential.

To apply for this post, you must have social work experience and demonstrate an understanding of the issues facing vulnerable children and young people. The successful candidate must be a qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England.
