Are you compassionate, skilled and brimming with enthusiasm to support others? We’re on the lookout for motivated Specialist Support Workers to join our passionate team, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs across North Lincolnshire. We currently have two full‑time positions available—ready for the right people to step in and shine.
In this rewarding frontline role, you’ll be at the heart of helping individuals live safe, meaningful and joy-filled lives—both within our specialised centre and out in the community. We deliver dedicate music, art and sports session and are keen to enhance our offer drawing upon your skills and experience! We’re are particularly keen to expand our swimming offer, so if you have experience or confidence in this area, we’d love to hear from you.
