The Grange Primary School are seeking to appoint a passionate and nurturing Nursery Teacher (0.6 FTE) to join our Early Years Team.

At The Grange Primary School, we are a welcoming and inclusive school where strong relationships with children and families are at the heart of what we do. We are committed to ensuring every child feels supported, understood and able to succeed.

The role is 0.6 FTE, with nursery provision delivered through a morning session model.

Our nursery provision is a vital part of our school, offering a 15-hour place within a morning setting. We focus on creating a safe, engaging and language-rich environment where children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning from the very start of their school journey.

We place a strong emphasis on working in partnership with parents and carers, recognising the importance of building trust, supporting families and ensuring consistency between home and school.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an excellent early years practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS 

• Creates a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment 

• Has high expectations for all children’s development and behaviour 

• Builds strong, positive relationships with children, families and colleagues 

• Communicates effectively with parents and values partnership working 

• Is reflective, organised and highly motivated 

• Demonstrates creativity and a commitment to high-quality provision 

• Is passionate about giving children the very best start to their education
