Fostering Recruitment Manager

Salary: Grade 10/11 £47,181 to £54,495 per year
Location Scunthorpe, Church Square House
Hours: 37 hours per week

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking a passionate and driven Fostering Recruitment Manager to lead the development and delivery of an ambitious fostering recruitment strategy.

This is a pivotal role focused on increasing the number, diversity, and quality of foster carers across North Lincolnshire, ensuring vulnerable children and young people can thrive in safe, supportive homes. You will supervise a staff team including assessing social workers, and work collaboratively across children’s services, communications, and external partners to design innovative campaigns, manage enquiry pipelines, and improve conversion rates from initial interest to approved foster carers.

You will be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England and have experience of working in a fostering team, with a sound knowledge of regulations and legislation in relation to mainstream fostering and kinship care.

This is a full-time permanent position and you will be joining an experienced and well established team.
