You will bring a forensic understanding of what quality teaching looks like, a clear vision and proven impact of curriculum development, and the tenacity to support colleagues in consistently delivering the best for every child in our care. As part of this role, you will also maintain class teaching responsibilities throughout the week — grounding your leadership in the day-to-day reality of our classrooms.

This role will demand commitment, resilience and an unshakeable belief that every child here deserves the very best. Please contact the Business Manager, Sarah Lunn at the school office on 01652 530743 to arrange an appointment or to have an informal discussion with the Headteacher.
