The Vacancy
The Strategic Commissioning, Assurance and Performance Teams support the effective commissioning of a range of activities, providing assurance to council’s senior leadership team on the performance of a wide range of services across the council.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commissioning Support Assistant to join our busy Commissioning, Assurance and Performance Teams to help provide the essential administrative activities which will help officers within the wider team to deliver their activities ensuring compliance with legislation, procedures, processes, including current contractual arrangements.
The successful candidate will be a team player and will work with the CAP Support Officer to collaborate with colleagues across council supporting with service development, delivery and review in line with the organisational development plan. Solutions focused, with a can-do attitude, you will have the ability to build on the expertise and technical administrative skills to support the effective delivery of the teams activities.
