Specialist Resource Provision Teaching Assistant within Brigg Primary School contract linked to a child (for the length of time the child attends the unit, anticipated up to 3 years)
We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our Specialist Resource Provision (SRP) and make a profound difference in the life of a child with complex needs.
This is a uniquely rewarding opportunity to provide dedicated support that spans both academic engagement and essential personal care, ensuring the child feels safe, dignified, and ready to learn. You will be a vital anchor for this child, implementing bespoke learning plans while fostering their independence and well-being in a supportive, inclusive environment. In addition, supporting the other children within the unit as part of a small, dedicated team of teaching assistants striving for the best learning opportunities for the children they work with.
