User Centred Design Assistant

Salary: Grade 5 - £27,254 to £29,540 per year
Location: Church Square House, Scunthorpe
Hours: 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of professionals dedicated to improving outcomes for the people in North Lincolnshire.

The User Centred Design team use research and data to understand what users need, where things might be going wrong, and how to make services better.

We are looking for someone to join the team to support senior team members with research and design activities. If you are someone with attention to detail, empathy and professional curiosity, we’d love to hear from you!

You will be an integral member of the team, working to design better services with the people that use them and the staff/partners who deliver them. We offer a supportive work environment, agile ways of working and a range of employee benefits. 

We would encourage applications from people looking for an opportunity to further develop their skills, e.g. through a level 4/5/6 apprenticeship.
