Teaching Assistant - Level 2

Salary: Grade 4, £19,835 to £21,131 per year
Location Bottesford Schools Federation, Scunthorpe
Hours: 33 hours 30 minutes per week term time only plus 5 training days
DBS: Yes Enhanced with Barred List Check

Bottesford Schools Federation is a newly formed partnership between Bottesford Infant School and Bottesford Junior School, united by our shared ethos: ‘We RISE Together.’ This exciting collaboration has created an opportunity for an enthusiastic and nurturing Teaching Assistant to join our committed and growing team.

We are seeking motivated candidates with experience in EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, who are passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.

The successful candidates will work across the federation, providing high-quality support for a range of pupils in their learning and development.

This will include:

  • Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEND
  • Working with small groups to enhance learning outcomes
  • Delivering targeted interventions to support progress
  • Supporting at breakfast club
  • Supporting children across a variety of classroom settings to help them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have relevant experience working with children in EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Are caring, patient, and adaptable
  • Are committed to inclusive practice and supporting all learners
  • Work well as part of a collaborative team
  • Share our vision and values of helping our school community to RISE together

Hours:  33 ½ hours (30 minutes lunch break each day)

Monday 08:30-15:30

Tuesday 08:30-16:30 

Wednesday 08:30-15:30
