What you will do:
- Work directly with children, young people and families to create positive change

- Collaborate with multi-agency professionals in a truly supportive culture
You will need to:
- be registered (or registering) with Social Work England A qualified social worker (or due to qualify within 3 months)
- to be legally entitled to work in the UK (please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship)
- to have a full UK driving licence and access to a car (with business insurance) to ensure you can independently travel around North Lincolnshire
- to be skilled in working with children, young people and families
- to be knowledgeable about statutory responsibilities in children’s social care
- to be a confident communicator and collaborator
