The Vacancy
Specialist Resource Provision Teaching Assistant within Priory Lane Community School
Salary Scale – TA2 32.5 hours per week. Permanent post. (8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday)
Required for September 2026, we are seeking to recruit three experienced, passionate, and effective practitioners, to work in our brand new SEN resource provision for children with communication & interaction and cognition & learning needs.
The SRP is due to open in January 2027 within Priory Lane Community
School as part of The North Lincolnshire SEN local offer. We wish to appoint the staff prior to the opening to give the successful candidates the unique opportunity to be involved in the set up of the new provision, integrate existing pupils into the new setting and to allow for time to complete training.
We are looking for teaching assistants who have experience, skills and ambition for the children to be nurtured and educated in a way that matches their needs to enable them to accomplish their learning and personal targets.
Working across the school, with SRP and mainstream staff, the role is suited to those with a sense of purpose, a positive outlook and a passion for helping children to be the best that they can be.
